Nour Chbaro is a Seasoned Human Capital Professional, Certified Professional MEGA Shift Coach, Certified Mentor & Accredited Trainer, with nearly 30 years of diverse leadership experience, including senior executive roles in telecom & luxury retail. As a former CHRO, Nour has led organizational transformations, human capital strategies & leadership/talent development initiatives, earning recognition as a trusted partner to C-suite executives & a catalyst for sustainable development. Nour’s coaching philosophy is rooted in empathy, insight, and evidence-based practice.
